Recipe - Challah Kugel

Ingredients:

5 cup Soaked challah
1 One half cup Sugar
6 Eggs
6 cup Peeled; cut or sliced up apples
1 teaspoon Salt
Cinnamon
Lemon juice
Three fourths cup Oil (I use only One half cup)

Try this. My family loves it and its a good way to get rid of all the
leftover challah. I freeze all the bits and pieces and when I get enough I
make this kugel. It stays nicely on the plata (I put it on the plata on
Shabbat morning on a "klee shani" and it doesn't get burnt.

Mix and put into greased aluminum pans. Bake at 325 F for 4050 minutes,
covered. Remmove covering for the lalst 15 minutes.
