Recipe - Certified Angus Beef Marinades

MEDITERRANEAN MELODY:
1/3 cup Olive oil
1/3 cup Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
DELICIOUSLY BOLD:
1 cup Beef broth
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Dried vegetable seasoning
SUNKISSED MARINADE:
1 12 oz. can frozen orange
juice concentrate,thawed
One half cup Soy sauce
One half cup Light molasses or honey
2 teaspoon Ground ginger
PARISIAN PIZZAZZ:
1/3 cup Dry white wine
One half cup Dijonstyle mustard
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dried basil
These marinades will tenderize about 2 pounds of steak or a 3 to 4 pound
roast.
To marinate: Combine ingredients. Place beef in zipperlocking plastic
bag and pour marinade over beef. Close bag removing air; refrigerate;
marinate for about 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Note: Extend marinating time to a minimum of 6 hours to tenderize. Typed
