Recipe - Celias Herb Bread

9 ounce Water; (see note)
1 One half tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dill seed
1 One fourth teaspoon Dill weed
1 teaspoon Caraway seed
1 teaspoon Fennel seed
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar
3 cup Bread flour
2 tablespoon Dry milk powder
One half teaspoon Dough enhancer; (optional)
1 teaspoon SAF yeast or 1One half tsp Red
Star yeast; (see note)
Add the ingredients to your bread pan in the order given for your
particular machine.
Note: The water and yeast may have to be adjusted according to the
personality of your ABM.
