Recipe - Celestes Salsa

4 Tomato; chopped fine
One half Onion; chopped fine
One half Celery; chopped fine
One half Green bell pepper; chopped f
3 tablespoon Green chiles; chopped fine
2 tablespoon Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard seed
1 teaspoon Coriander; ground
1 ds Black pepper; coarse

Preparation Time: 0:15 Finely chop all vegetables. Mix well. Combine
vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix.
Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
