Recipe - Celery And Sage Bread Stuffing

1 tablespoon Corn oil
One fourth cup Onion
1 cup Chopped celery
One half cup Water or nonfat broth
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sage
4 cup Bread crumbs
1 cn (Small) mushrooms; drained
(optional)
Saute onion in oil until translucent. Add celery, water, pepper, and sage.
Cover and cook until celery is tender. Add bread crumbs. Mix well, adding
more water as desired. Bake dressing in a separate dish so no fat soaks in.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3545 minutes. Serve hot.
