Recipe - Celery Salad Dressing

Three fourths cup Oil
12 teaspoon Sugar
6 tablespoon Vinegar
6 tablespoon Water
1 ds Pepper
2 teaspoon Mustard powder
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 bn Green onions
4 Full stalks celery
recipe by Merle Gutkin.
Put all above in blender or processor, whizz for a while, till you get an
emulsion.....et voila......fabulous on green salad, or even just over a
washed and shredded Romaine lettuce.
