Recipe - Caviar Potatoes

7 small New potatoes
2 One half cup Boiling water
One half cup Plus 1 Tbsp. commercial sour
Cream
About 2One half tsp. black
Caviar
About 2One half tsp. gold caviar
Drained
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and
chill.
Slice potatoes crosswise into One fourth inch slices. Place potato slices on a
serving platter. Top each slice with about Three fourths tsp. sour cream and about
One half tsp. caviar. Yield: about 3 dozen
