Recipe - Cauliflower Salad

1 Head cauliflower cut up into
bite size pieces
30 Stuffed spanish olives
1 Red pepper; cut into bite
size pieces
1 Red onion; cut into bite
size pieces
SEASONING
One half cup Vinegar
4 tablespoon Oil
One half teaspoon Oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
While we are on the subject of salads (please keep those recipes coming) I
thought I'd send in this one. It always goes over well and the kids BEG me
to make it. P.S. The twins are B"H feeling better, therefore I am too!
