Recipe - Cauliflower Butter Casserole

1 md Size fresh cauliflower or
2 pack Frozen cauliflower
6 tablespoon Butter
2 Hardcooked eggs; chopped
2 teaspoon Minced parsley
2 tablespoon Dry bread crumbs
Remove the leaves of the fresh cauliflower and wash cauliflower thoroughly.
Cook in boiling water (salted) 20 minutes, or until tender. Drain, or cook
the frozen cauliflower as package directs; drain well. Melt butter; stir in
eggs, parsley and bread crumbs. Spoon over the cauliflower. Serves 4 to 6.
