2 small Cauliflowers
1 cup Matzeh meal; up to 2
3 Beaten eggs; up to 4
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Typical sehardi dish for pessah.
Cook the cauliflower until soft in salted water. Drain and mash in a food
processor . Add the eggs and the matzeh meal, salt and pepper
Form oval patties with wet hands and cook on both sides until brown.
