Recipe - Cathys Sweet Potato Casserole

2 cup Cooked mashed sweet potatoes
(up to 3)
One half cup White sugar
One half cup Brown sugar
One half cup Butter or margarine
2 Eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
One half teaspoon Cinnamon (up to 1)
One fourth teaspoon Salt
TOP WITH
1 cup Chopped pecans
One half cup Self rising flour
1/3 cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Brown sugar
Combine above ingredients until well blended, pour into greased baking
dish. You might want to run the sweet potatoes through the blender or food
processor.
Top with: Mix above until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over
casserole and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
