One fourth cup Ketchup
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
One fourth cup Onion; finely chopped
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
2 pack (10oz) spinach; torn
2 lg Tomatoes; minced
2 cn (8oz) cut or sliced up water
chestnuts
2 cup Chow mein noodles
2 Hardboiled eggs; chopped
12 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled

Recipe By : TASTE OF HOME OCT/NOV 95 Combine the first seven ingredients
in a jar with tightfitting lid; shake well. Combine remaining ingredients
in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Serve immediately. Yield: 68
