Recipe - Castel Coconut Macaroon Cookies

2 2/3 cup Coconut flakes
2/3 cup Sugar
One half cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
6 Egg whites
1 teaspoon Almond extract
1 cup Almonds; chopped
Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg whites and extract.
Stir in almonds. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly greased baking
sheet. Bake at 325ø for 20 to 25 minutes.
