Recipe - Cashewpecan Cheesecake

2 cup VANILLA WAFERS or
BUTTERTYPE COOKIE
CRUMBS
1/3 cup SUGAR
One half cup CASHEWS, chopped
6 tablespoon BUTTER, melted
Mix and pat into 10 inch
springform pan, bottom and
sides.
CAKE
2 pound CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and
warmed in
Microwave 2 minutes on high
1 One fourth cup BROWN SUGAR, packed
5 JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and
warmed in
Microwave 25 seconds
One half cup HEAVY CREAM
One fourth cup CORNSTARCH
1 teaspoon VANILLA
Three fourths cup PECANS, chopped
Three fourths cup CASHEWS, chopped
