Recipe - Casbah Couscous Salad

1 cup Couscous; Cooked
1 cup Tomatoes; Diced
1 cup Green Onions; Chopped
1 cup Parsley; Chopped
1 One half cup Garbanzo Beans; Cooked
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Olive Oil
Three fourths cup Lemon Juice; Fresh
3 Cloves Garlic; Crushed
One half teaspoon Dried Mint Flakes; Or 3X
Fresh
1 teaspoon Salt
Mix all ingredients and serve cold.
NOTES : Pretty mounded on a platter and garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
