Recipe - Cary Grants Barbecued Chicken

3 Chickens, cut in servings
Size pieces (1 One half pound ea)
Salt & pepper to taste
BARBECUE SAUCE
One fourth cup Salad oil
1 cup Tomato catsup
One half cup Worcestershire sauce
One half cup Water
One half cup Cider vinegar
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, finely
Chopped
One fourth cup A1 Sauce
Cut chicken into serving size pieces. Wash and dry. Salt and pepper
to taste. Heat salad oil in a heavy skillet. Brown chicken, then
place in roaster or large casserole. To make barbecue sauce, combine
1 catsup, Worcestershire sauce, water, cider vinegar, onion, garlic
and A1 steak sauce. Pour over chicken and cover. Bake at 325 for 1
hour or until tender.
