Recipe - Carrots Honey Ginger Glazed

Three fourths pound Carrots, peeled & cut or sliced up
One half cup Chicken Broth, low salt
1 1 1/2" Fresh Ginger *
1 One half teaspoon Butter or Margarine
1 ds Red Pepper Flakes optional
1 tablespoon Honey
One half Garlic Clove, minced
* Ginger cut or sliced up in One fourth inch slices.
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat
and simmer, uncovered 10 to 15 minutes until carrots are soft and nicely
glazed. Stir frequently. Serve immediately.
