One half cup Margarine; Melted
1 cup Sweet Potato; Peeled And
Grated
1 cup Carrot; Peeled And Grated
1 cup Apple (Tart); Peeled And
Grated
One half cup Matzo Meal
2 tablespoon Sweet Wine
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup White Sugar; Can Be Cut A
Little
One half cup Brown Sugar; Can be cut a
little

Use some of the melted margarine to lightly grease a 7 X 11 inch baking
pan. Combine the remainder of the margarine with the other ingredients. Mix
well. Pour into pan. Bake at 375 degree F. for 45 minutes or until brown.
Variation: Add One half cup chopped pitted prunes and One half cup raisins.
Can be used as a dessert or side dish.
