Recipe - Carrot Congealed Salad

1 pack (3oz) lemonflavored
gelatin
2 cup Boiling water
2 cup Shredded carrots
1 cup Diced celery
1 cup Drained; crushed pineapple
One half cup Chopped nuts
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. After it begins to congeal, add other
ingredients. Chill. Yield: 6 servings.
