Recipe - Carne Asada Beef

1 Flank steak
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cayenne
4 tablespoon Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 cup Strong coffee
2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
One fourth cup Worcestershire
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Sugar

: Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and heat until flavors
combine. Marinate steak 68 hrs. Barbecue about 45 min total so still
pink inside and let rest 57 min. Just don't cook until well done.
