Recipe - Caribbean Surprise

1 cn (15oz) black beans; drained
1 cn (15oz) tomatoes; drained
1 cup Frozen corn
1 One half cup Canned or fresh pineapple
chunks (more or less)
One half teaspoon Ginger
1 (up to)
2 teaspoon Curry powder (to taste)

Save some of the drained tomato or pineapple juice in case it gets too
thick during heating. Heat it all up in a saucepan and serve over rice or
pasta. You can also add chopped peppers, waterchestnuts, whatever.
