Recipe - Caribbean Fish

1 One half pound Fillets
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 One half tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
1 cn Tomato paste (6 oz)
1 One half teaspoon Coconut extract (which is
Fatfree)
One half cup Water
Preheat oven at 350. Place fillets in baking pan lined with foil, with
cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake,
uncovered, for 30 minutes.
