Recipe - Caramel Icing

Ingredients:
Caramel Icing recipe makes 6 Servings
2 cup Brown Sugar
One half cup Butter
One half cup Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Boil to soft ball. Cool, partly, then beat until cool enought to spread.
