Recipe - Caramel Brownies

1 German chocolate cake mix
Three fourths cup Butter
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
1 cup Walnuts
B
1 pack (14oz) caramels
1/3 cup Evaporated milk
C
1 pack (6 oz) chocolate chips

Mix "A". Spread One half mixture in a greased 9x13inch cake pan and bake at 350
degrees for six minutes.
Melt "B".
Sprinkle "C" over hot cake mixture. Pour: Melted caramel mixture over the
chocolate chip later. Crumble remaining cake mixture over the caramel layer
and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not overbake.
