Recipe - Caramel Apple Pudding Cake

1 cup Flour
2/3 cup Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Ground cloves
4 md Apples; peeled and cut or sliced up
One half cup Pecans; chopped
Three fourths cup Dark brown sugar
One fourth cup Butter; melted
Three fourths cup Boiling water
One half cup Milk
Vanilla ice cream and
whipped cream
In large bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt,
and cloves. Add milk and mix. Stir in apples and pecans. Turn into
ungreased 2 quart dish. In separate bowl combine brown sugar, melted butter
and boiling water; pour evenly over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 4555
minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
