Recipe - Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients:

1 pack (8oz) cream cheese
One half cup Apple butter*
One fourth cup Brown sugar
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Peanuts, chopped
Apples

Place all ingredients except peanuts and apples in a bowl. Mix until
smooth. Stir in chopped peanuts. Chill. Just before serving, slice
apples, arrange around dip and serve.

*variation: Substitute 1 can (8oz) crushed pinapple, drained for the apple
butter.
