Recipe - Caramel Apple Cheesecake

1 One half pack GRAHAM CRACKERS, crushed
5 tablespoon BUTTER, melted
One half cup PECANS, chopped
1/3 cup SUGAR
Mix and press into bottom
and sides of 10" springform
pan.
Bake at 350degrees for 10
minutes. Remove crust from
oven
And place a pan of water in
the bottom of the oven.
CAKE
32 ounce CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and
warmed in
Microwave 2 minutes.
1 One fourth cup SUGAR
One fourth cup CORNSTARCH
5 JUMBO EGGS, out of shell and
warmed in
Microwave 25 seconds.
1 cup SOUR CREAM
2 cup APPLE, chopped and peeled
1 One half teaspoon APPLE PIE SPICE (or 1 tsp
cinnamon and
One half teaspoon Nutmeg)
One half cup CARAMEL TOPPING (such as ice
cream
