CAKE
1 Box (18.5oz)
caramelflavored cake mix
1 cup Granola
3 lg Eggs
Three fourths cup Sour cream
One fourth cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Water
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
2 Large; tart apples, cored,
finely chopped
1 cup Chopped; toasted pecans
TOPPING
1 cup Granola
One half cup Packed brown sugar
One half Stick unsalted butter;
softened
One fourth cup Chopped toasted pecans

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 by 9inch baking pan.
2. For cake, combine cake mix, granola, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and
vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until
wellcombined, 2 minutes. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl; sprinkle over batter.
4. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45 to 50
minutes. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
