1 One half cup NUTS, chopped
1 One half cup GRAHAM CRACKERS, crushed
4 tablespoon BUTTER
One fourth cup SUGAR
Mix and pat into bottom and
sides of 10" springform
pan.
Bake at 350degrees for 10
minutes.
CAKE
40 ounce CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and
warmed in
Microwave 2One half minutes
1 One fourth cup SUGAR
6 JUMBO EGGS, out of shells
and warmed in
Microwave for 30 seconds
1 cup SOUR CREAM
One fourth cup HEAVY CREAM
One fourth cup CORNSTARCH
One half teaspoon CINNAMON
One half teaspoon NUTMEG
One fourth cup WATER (boiling)
2 tablespoon INSTANT COFFEE
