Recipe - Cappucino Brownies

1 tablespoon Taster's Choice Maragor Bold
freeze dried coffee
2 teaspoon Boiling water
1 pack (6oz) Nestle Toll House
semisweet chocolate
morsels
One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Butter; softened
2 Eggs
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Allpurpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In cup, combine Taster's Choice Maragor Bold
freeze dried coffee and water; set aside. Melt over hot (not boiling)
water, Nestle Toll House semisweet chocolate morsels; stir until smooth.
Set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat until creamy. Add
eggs, coffee and cinnamon; beat well. Stir in melted morsels and flour.
Spread into foillined 8inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for
2530 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into 2inch squares. Makes
sixteen 2inch brownies.
