Recipe - Cappuccino Truffles

2 tablespoon Instant coffee
2 tablespoon Orange juice
2 tablespoon Brandy flavoring
7 ounce Marshmallow creme
3 cup Crushed chocolate wafers
1 cup Chopped pecans
2 tablespoon Orange peel
2 tablespoon Cocoa
2 tablespoon Confectioner's sugar
Coconut to coat

Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings.
Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer. Add
crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into 1inch balls. Roll
half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's
sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Makes about 5
dozen.
