Recipe - Cappuccino Pound Cake

1 cup Butter or margarine;
softened
2 cup Packed brown sugar
2 tablespoon Instant coffee; powder or
crystals
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Salt
6 Eggs
1 cup Strained whole wheat flour
1 cup Allpurpose flour
One fourth cup Milk
2 cup Chopped walnuts
Powdered sugar; for garnish
In mixing bowl, cream butter, add sugar, coffee powder, cinnamon and salt,
beat until light and fluffy. Beat the eggs, one at a time, mixing well
after each addition (batter may look curdled). On low speed mix in half of
the flour, then the milk, then remaining flour. Add walnuts, mixing just
until distributed. Pour into wellgreased and floured 10inch tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until pick inserted in center
comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Loosen edges and turn out onto
wire rack.
