Recipe - Capital Punishment Chili

2 pound "Chili Ground" Round
1 pound Chuck or Round Steak; Cubed
1 pound Pork Loin; Cubed
1 lg "Ruskin Sweet" Onion;
chopped
5 Cloves Garlic
One fourth cup Chili Powder
Crushed Red Pepper; to taste
12 ounce Tomato Paste
12 One half ounce Beef Broth
2 teaspoon Oregano
1 cn (12 oz) "Bud" Beer
1 tablespoon Corn Meal
Hot water for paste
Salt and Garlic Salt; to
taste

GARNISH
6 Corn Tortillas
Sour Cream
small Sweet Banana Peppers

Spice and Seasoning may vary according to personal taste.

Brown meat, saut‚ onion; add the remaining ingredients except for Corn Meal
and hot water. Simmer for two (2) hours. Mix corn meal and hot water to
make a light paste, add to chili at least 30 minutes before serving.

To serve, place warmed corn tortilla in bowl, add chili, top with a dollop
of Sour Cream and garnish with a sweet banana pepper. Serves 6.
