Recipe - Cape Cod Cranberry Meatloaf

Three fourths cup Whole cranberry sauce
Three fourths cup Dark brown sugar
1 pound Grd. chuck
1 pound Grd veal
One half pound Grd. pork
1 md Onion; finely chopped
One half cup Milk
One half cup Dry bread crumbs
One fourth cup Ketchup
2 Eggs
One half teaspoon Each ; thyme, margoram,
rosemary
One fourth teaspoon White pepper
2 Bay leaves
Combine cranberry sauce and brown sugar in the bottom of a 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Combine remaining ingredients, except for bay leaves and mix well. Shape
into a loaf and place over sauce. Top with bay leaves and bake 1 One fourth hrs @
350 degrees. Remove bay leaves before serving. Drizzle pan juices,
especially cranberries over loaf before serving.
