One half cup Dry white wine
One half cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Water
2 tablespoon Light brown sugar
1 Small white onion; minced
1 Small garlic clove; crushed
1/8 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1One half cups
