Recipe - Cantaloupe Soup

4 Ripe cantaloupes; cut in
chunks
6 ounce Orange juice
One fourth (up to)
1/3 cup Honey
One half (up to)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half pt Whipping cream
One half cup Calvados (optional)
Pur‚e cantaloupe in food processor or blender. Add orange juice, honey,
cinnamon, whipping cream and Calvados. Chill. May be served in cantaloupe
halves with mint sprigs for garnish. Yield: 6 servings.
