Recipe - Candy Bar Fudge

One half cup Butter
1/3 cup Baking cocoa
One fourth cup Packed brown sugar
One fourth cup Milk
3 One half cup Confectioner's sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
30 Caramels; unwrapped
1 tablespoon Water
2 cup Salted peanuts
One half cup Semisweet chocolate pieces
One half cup Milk chocolate chips
In a microwabe safe bowl, combine butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk.
Micorwave on high 'til mixture boils (3 min or longer). Stir in
confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking
pan. In another micro safe bowl, combine unwrapped caramels and water.
Heat on high until caramels melt about 2 minutes. Stir in peanuts and
spread over fudge layer. Microwave chocolate pieces and chips until melted
(1 One half minutes or so). Spread over caramel layer. Chill until firm.
Make 2 Three fourths pounds of fudge. Keep refrigerated until eaten.
