Recipe - Candied Walnuts (Yogurt Covered Walnuts)

1/3 cup Sour Cream Or Yogurt
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Light Corn Syrup
1 ds Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
One half teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Walnuts
1. Combine 1/3 cup sour cream or yogurt and the sugar, corn syrup and salt
in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat until softball stage, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the butter and vanilla.
4. Stir in walnut halves or quarters.
5. Turn out onto waxed paper and separate with fork. Let cool.
