Recipe - Candied Sweet Potatoes With Honey

4 lg Sweet potatoes; cooked and
halved
One fourth cup Melted butter
Three fourths cup Honey
Three fourths cup Orange juice
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Place potatoes in greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Blend butter, honey, oragne
juice, salt and cornstarch. cook until slightly thickened, stirring
constantly. Pour over potates. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes 6 to 8
servings.
