Recipe - Candied Red Chiles

8 ounce Medium hot New Mexico red
chiles (opened; seeded,
stems cut off; washed)
6 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
M.Foster mesa@sedona.net Just tripped over this while cruising the web.
Stirring bring the water & sugar to rolling boil, add chiles & cook until
skins are tender. Puree with a little liquid, (leave it a little chunky)
