Ingredients:
Cambells Mock Hollandaise recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cn Cream of celery soup
One half cup Milk
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat just until
thickened, stirring constantly. Do not boil. Serve with cooked vegetables
or fish. Makes about 1 One half cups.
