Recipe - Calves Liver Stroganoff

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Plus
2 teaspoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 One fourth pound Calves liver, thinly cut or sliced up
One half cup Chopped onions
1 cup Chopped mushrooms
One half cup Dry white wine
1 cup Plain lowfat yogurt
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Imitation bacon bits
2 cup Cooked noodles

Brown liver in margarine. Remove from skillet, and keep warm on a platter
in the oven. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender, adding water if
necessary to prevent drying. Add wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat, add
remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, until heated through. To serve,
divide noodles evenly onto 4 serving plates. Divide liver and place over
noodles. Top with sauce.
