3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Chopped sundried tomatoes
2 Flour tortillas; (about 8
inches diameter)
6 Thin slices; (3 oz.) smoked
turkey
4 md Lettuce leaves; shredded
1 md Tomato; thinly cut or sliced up
Fresh ground pepper

In a cup or small bowl, mix mayonnaise with sundried tomatoes. Lay over
tortillas on flat surface Spread with half the mayonnaise mixture to within
One half inch of edge. Top with 3 turkey slices to cover threequarters of the
tortilla, they may overlap slighty, then with One half the shredded lettuce and
half the tomato slices. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Roll up like a jelly
roll. Place seam side down on serving plate. Repeat with second tortilla
and remaining ingredients. Makes two wraps, or cut into 12 slices to serve
as an appetizer.
