Recipe - California Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

3 cup Cooked turkey breast; minced
1 cup Fatfree French dressing
1 One half tablespoon Chives; minced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon White horseradish
1 pound Packaged salad
One fourth cup Bottled real bacon pieces

Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 10 min.

Combine turkey and next 4 ingredients in a bowl. Marinate 10 minutes at
room temperature. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Add
lettuce and toss gently. Sprinkle bacon pieces over top and serve.

Per serving: calories 322, fat 5.7g, 17% calories from fat, cholesterol
105mg, protein 40.8g, carbohydrates 23.8g, fiber 1.7g, sodium 1354mg.
