Recipe - California Company Cornish Game Hens

2 Cornish game hens; cut in
halves
1 Onion; chopped
2 cup Cooked rice
One half cup Celery; minced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 cn Mushroom pieces; (8 oz.)

Salt hens, both sides. Mix celery, onions, mushrooms and rice together.
Heap rice in 4 mounds in a baking dish. Place One half hen, skin side up, over
each mound. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil.
Bake until browned.

NOTES : (Or It's So Simple It's Illegal)
