Recipe - Calico Egg Sandwich

4 Hard boiled eggs; coarsely
chopped
Three fourths cup Cooked ham; minced
One half cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
One fourth cup Celery; chopped
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Onion; finely chopped
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
4 Kaiser rolls; halved &
buttered

Combine all the ingredients; mix well. Spoon onto rolls, open face style.
Put on a cookie sheet or other flat baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees 15
minutes or until the cheese melts and the tops of sandwiches look a little
toasty. busted by sooz
