Recipe - Calamari Marinara

One fourth cup Olive oil
3 Cl garlic; mince
1 cup Onions; chop fine
One fourth cup Parsley; chop
2 tablespoon Fresh basil; chop
2 pound Squid; clean; slice
One fourth cup White wine
One fourth cup Clam juice
3 cup Marinara sauce
1 pn Oregano
Salt and pepper
Crushed red pepper flakes
Heat oil and saute garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add basil,
parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and
peppers. Cook until squid is tender. Source: Franco Palumbo.
