Recipe - Cake Mix Bread

Small:
7/8 cup Water; or milk
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2/3 cup Yellow cake mix
1 One fourth cup Bread flour; or allpurpose
1 teaspoon Yeast
One fourth teaspoon Orange zest; optional (1/4
to 1)
or lemon zest
One fourth tsp extract for added
flavor; optional (One fourth to 1)
1 pound 1.5 pound water
or milk 1 cup 1 One fourth cups butter or
margarine 1 One half TBS 2 TBS yellow cake mix Three fourths cup 1 cup
bread or all purpose flour 1 Three fourths cups 2 One half cups yeast 1 One half tsp
2 tsp options: One fourth to 1 tsp orange or lemon peel zest
: One fourth to 1 tsp extract for added flavor
Simply load and bake according to your machines instructions.
