Recipe - Cajun Seasoning Mix - Brennans

4 teaspoon Salt
3 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 One half teaspoon Onion powder
1 One half teaspoon Dried thyme; crumbled
4 teaspoon Paprika
3 teaspoon Fr. ground pepper
1 One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 One half teaspoon Dried oregano; crumbled

Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix thoroughly (Can be stored in
airtight container for up to a month). Makes about 1/3 cup. Bon Appetit
