Recipe - Cajun Red Snapper

1 pound Fresh red snapper (fillets)
1 cup Sliced celery
1 cup Chopped bell peppers
One half cup Minced onion
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
One half teaspoon Bay leaves
One half teaspoon Pepper
4 cup Prepared chicken bouillon
2 cn (16 oz.)cajun style stewed
tomatoes (drained)
1 cn (6 oz.) tomato juice
4 cup Rice
Preheat oven 400 . Cut catfish into small pieces. Combine all ingredients
(except rice) in shallow baking dish. Stir well to combine. Bake for
approx. 20 minutes or until catfish is tender and fully cooked. Serve over
cooked rice. Serves eight. busted by sooz
